runorder is sold to institutional theatres on a negotiated contract, not a click-through licence. There is no self-serve tier and no public sign-up, so the terms that govern your use of the product are the ones in the master agreement your organisation signs with Greyframe AS — drafted per customer, in Norwegian or English, and covering service levels, data processing, and commercial terms together.
If you're already in a discovery conversation with us, the operative document is the master agreement draft we shared with your CFO or procurement contact. If you'd like to see it before talking to us, ask — we'll send the standard draft.
For a visitor who has signed nothing, the terms are short. Don't attempt to break into or overload the site, don't scrape it wholesale, and don't use the contact form to send bulk or unsolicited mail. The site is offered as-is, with no warranty; the product behind it is warranted in the master agreement, which prevails over anything on this page. Norwegian law applies.
