runorder processes data on behalf of theatre customers under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), GDPR-aligned. Data is stored on Cloudflare's EU regional infrastructure (D1 + R2 + KV). We do not sell, share, or use customer data for advertising.
The published privacy notice for self-serve customers will live here when public sign-ups open. Current customers refer to the DPA shared at signing.
Data subject requests (access, deletion, export) for current customers should go to your tenant administrator first; they have the controls to action them. Escalations and questions go to hi@runorder.app.
