Reports, Dashboard, Display Board, Archive, Search, Notes, Public Share, Calendar sync. The modules that aren't anchor surfaces on their own but make the rest of runorder work cohesively.
A · Reports + Dashboard
Eleven standard report definitions covering production cost, hours per work type, overtime ledger, cast utilisation, vacation balances, room utilisation. Saved views per user. Scheduled exports to stakeholder lists. A per-role Dashboard with widgets that actually matter to the role.
The same data, two surfaces. The chief planner's Dashboard shows this week's conflicts and drafts pending. The CFO's Dashboard shows production-cost roll-up and overtime exposure. Both are widget-configured per role.
B · Display Board, Archive, Search
Display Board = read-only kiosk surface for the foyer or stage door. Archive = past productions move off the active surface but stay queryable. Search = global FTS5 across every entity, sub-second on typical org sizes.
Display Board is a separate URL per board with a custom per-screen layout — the screen in the foyer can show today's performances while the stage-door screen shows tomorrow's calls. Both serve from runorder without auth.
C · Notes, incidents, public share
Structured notes on any entity (production, event, person, room). Incident reports with a richer form. Public Share links for limited external visibility — signed-token URLs scoped to specific productions or date ranges, no login required.
Notes are threaded and searchable. Incident reports carry severity and follow-up actions. Public Share tokens are signed and scoped — a link you give an external contractor shows them what you set, nothing more.
D · Calendar sync + webhooks
Calendar sync, email + webhook notifications, iCal feeds, Google Calendar OAuth. The same integration story as the Planner page, here as "this is what powers the rest of the Suite."
Whether it's an iCal subscription, an OAuth-sync push, an email notification, or a webhook delivery — every outbound integration writes to the audit log. The CFO asks "did our payroll system pull the export?" — you can answer in two clicks.
